Go to WWW.DIGISCRAPDEPOT.COM. As of 10/4/09 They have 67,618 FREE digital scrapbooking kits etc.... They have anywhere between 70 - 100 NEW items per day!!!. . Just click on " New Freebies" once you get there..You can even submit your own creations.
They have the following categories to choose from:

The best way to browse their site:
Since they have thousands of kits/collections, it's easiest to view them by "date". When you go to their site slick on freebies on the top navigation bar, scroll down a little, and on the right you will see a preview of 6 new digital freebies. Under those 6 it says " more freebies". Now you can browse per day. This is best because you probably can't look at ALL of them in one sitting so if you have to leave the site you know where you left off.
Get More Free Digital Collections by visiting the following websites. I've listed only the best sites. You don't want to spend to much time on a site that doesn't have what you're looking for.

Almost all of them offer galleries where you can post YOUR digital layouts.

If you want all the freebies in past newsletters you can pay 5.00 for a month and download them ALL. Then you can cancel the subscription. Not bad for an endless supply of digital kits. Use Paypal. You can also signup for getting their current kits. They also charge for that as well. It's a better value getting their past freebies.
